It was such a waste of time and such an unenjoyable game. Honestly, this is one of those few games where I wish I had never played. I only ended up getting 60% of the way through the game, 100% the main story missions and the DLC missions.

So, moving back to the main topic, Marvel 2 is a game that I attempted to 100% over the last week.

I'm sure from that list, most people here could pick out a franchise that they would be interested in playing. So much so that Lego were able to make game's with Harry Potter, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, D.C, Rock Band, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, The Hobbit, Jurrasic World and The Incredibles. Most bosses will require you to stun them or knock them in the arena by the use of puzzle's or puzzle-esq combat, this is followed by a brief moment where you get to absolutely blast them, lowering there health (Which is indicated by hearts).Īll of this made for some very satisfactory games. Bosse's are also done in a way that isn't annoying, combining both the puzzle element and combat element. The puzzle's aren't too easy but also not too hard, the combat is incredibly simple but also satisfactory due to the multiple different combat types the nature of the enemies (Most enemies being 1HKO's). But the gameplay is regarded as pretty solid by many people. The game's have alway's had a more comedic nature to them compared to what they are based on, with most scene's attempting to be more light hearted, usually with someone doing something immature or someone tripping. You fight goons, complete puzzles and then fight bosses. So, for the 3 people who don't know about Lego games, they are puzzle beat-em-ups essentially. But this write up isn't about the first game, it's about the second game but before I carry on let me talk about Lego game's as a whole I still regard Marvel 1 as one of my favourite game's of all time. I loved it so much that roughly 4 years ago, I bought it on Steam and 100% it. I had played the first game many years ago on the Xbox 360 and I had loved it. For me, that was Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 (Now shortened to Marvel 2). That urge to play a game that isn't on your radar or that you barely even remembered.
